Rezumat | ||||||
The success of police activity is determined by the cooperation with civil society too. Relating the police to civil society highlights a number of socio-affective valences: solidarity manifestation, encourage, expressing emotional tension, frustration, etc. The improvement of emotions is accomplished through efficient communication with citizens: productive listening, message, avoid communication barriers, using the channel
of communication. An imperative in police relations with civil society is the respect for citizen personality.
