Rezumat

For the realization of an efficient system of the punishment execution in the prison, it is necessary to make a scientific differentiation that ensures a punitive and educative efficiency toward different cathegories of persons that serve a punishment. The differentiation of the punishment execution in the prison can be presented as a legal accomplishment of the repressive – educative influence on a certain cathegory of condemned, oriented to the improvement of the penitentiary system.
