<dc:description xml:lang='ru'><p>В статье исследуются виды возражений должника против требований кредитора в солидарных обязательствах. Автор характеризует виды общих возражений, которые могут быть предъявлены к кредитору любым из солидарных должников. Также особое внимание уделяется характеристике личных возражений против требований кредитора и их влияния на существование солидарного обязательства. Личные возражения, в отличие от общих, могут предъявляться к кредитору только тем должником, у которого они возникли. При написании статьи автор анализирует положения Гражданского кодекса Украины, а также Гражданских кодексов Франции, Грузии, Республики Молдова, Республики Беларусь.</p></dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang='en'><p>The article investigates types of objections of the debtor against the claims of the creditor in the solidarity obligations. The author describes the types of general objections that can be brought to the creditor by any of the solidarity debtors. Also, particular attention is paid to the characterization of personal objections against the claims of the creditor and their impact on the existence of a solidarity obligation. Personal objections, in contrast to the general ones, can be presented to the creditor only by the debtor they have arisen. While writing an article, the author analyzes the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the Civil Codes of France, Georgia, Moldova, and the Republic of Belarus.</p></dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang='ro'><p>Articolul investighează tipurile de obiecții ale debitorului &icirc;mpotriva creanțelor creditorului &icirc;n obligațiile de solidaritate. Autorul descrie tipurile de obiecții generale care pot fi aduse creditorului de către oricare dintre debitorii de solidaritate. De asemenea, o atenție deosebită este acordată caracterizării obiecțiilor personale &icirc;mpotriva creanțelor creditorului și impactului acestora asupra existenței unei obligații de solidaritate. Obiecțiile personale, spre deosebire de cele generale, pot fi prezentate creditorului numai de către debitorul pe care au apărut-o. &Icirc;n timp ce scriu un articol, autorul analizează prevederile Codului civil al Ucrainei, precum și Codurile civile ale Franței, Georgiei, Moldovei și Republicii Belarus</p></dc:description>
