Rezumat | ||||||
The right to petition is an indispensable element of the legal status of the man and citizen of any developed democratic state. In this connection, the actuality of the theoretical and analytical study of the right to petition is quite current and indisputably necessary. The right to petition is a constitutional right; therefore it is the subject to constitutional law science, but the research of the mechanism of exercising of the right to petition must be seen from the perspective of the constitutional law science. In our opinion, the right to petition is not only a form of self-defense of the personal rights and interests, but it is in itself an appeal to the state authorities to be protected. |
