Rezumat

One of the ways to create RC structures of big time constants for the range of low and infra-low frequencies and small size is using in the construction of these structures the coaxial micro-cable, obtained by casting the micro wire from liquid phase straight in glass insulation with a subsequent deposition of the metallic layer onto the glass insulation. This type of micro-cable has high chase parameters, resistance r with values of hundreds of kΩ/m, and even units of MΩ/m and capacitance C up to hundreds of pF/meter. The high value of r and C of micro-cable gives the possibility to produce RC structures of big time constants of a very small size.
