Rezumat

Globalization is a very common concept used to characterize the current state of the world economy, but differently understood by those who characterize it as a phenomenon. Some perceive it as a complete uniformity, others, on the contrary, as a diversification of proportions, based on the observance of common principles. The aim of this paper is to present current understanding of globalization as well as environmental changes in the context of globalization and its influence on demographic evolution, population and the global environment. For impartiality in presenting the pros and cons of globalization have been considered both meanings of the concept, as found in literature but also in international operations, as well as positive and negative effects of the phenomenon.

<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'>Au fost depistate cele mai eficiente căi, care pot asigura reconstituirea microbiocenozei intestinale şi menţinerea ei la nivel optim. Au fost studiaţi indicii cantitativi ai unor reprezentanţi ai bacteriocenozei intestinale sub acţiunea diverselor raţii alimentare, inclusiv şi cu diferite adaosuri (prebiotice, lactuloza, probiotice în asociere cu lactuloza). În experienţe pe animale model (cobai) au fost stabilite particularităţile acţiunii a astfel de raţii asupra microbiocenozei intestinale. S-a constatat că probioticele în asociere cu lactuloza au manifestat acţiune mai benefică asupra bacteriocenozei intestinale, fapt pozitiv ce a servit ca bază de a le recomanda pentru practică. Toate adaosurile alimentare au exercitat acţiune benefică asupra valorii numerice a microorganismelor studiate. S-a dovedit că reconstituirea microbiocenozei intestinale şi menţinerea ei la nivel optim pentru sănătate poate fi pozitivă numai prin calea de selectare experimentală (utilizarea probioticelor în asociere cu lactuloza).</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The most effective ways that ensure correction of intestinal microbiocenosis and its maintenance at the optimal level have been identified. The quantitative indices of individual representatives of intestinal bacteriocenosis at different alimentary rations, including additives (prebiotics, lactulose, probiotics and their association with lactulose) have been studied. Animal experiments (guinea-pigs) have detected the peculiarities of the impact of such rations on intestinal microbiocenosis. Probiotics in association with lactulose have been established to be most beneficial for intestinal bacteriocenosis, being a positive factor, which made it possible to recommend them for utilization. All the alimentary additives have a favourable action on the number of the microorganisms studied. It has been proved that intestinal microbiocenosis correction and its maintenance at the optimal level may have a positive effect on health only in the case of the variant selected in the experiment (probiotics in association with lactulose).</description>
