В статье исследуются вопросы, связанные с выявлением природы и определением понятия «нормативно-правовые акты местного самоуправления». Приводятся различные научные подходы к определению понятий «правовые акты местного самоуправления», «нормативно-правовые акты местного самоуправления». К рассмотрению предлагается характеристика понятий «нормативно-правовые акты» и «нормативно-правовые акты местного самоуправления» с точки зрения выявления их общих признаков и отличительных особенностей. На основе проведенного исследования предлагается собственный подход к определению понятия «нормативно-правовые акты местного самоуправления», приводится их классификация, а также характеристика наиболее значимых актов

The article explores issues related to the determination of nature and the definition of the concept of "normative legal acts of local self-government." Various scientific approaches to the definition of concepts "legal acts of local self-government", "normative legal acts of local self-government" are given. The characteristics of the concepts "normative legal acts" and "normative legal acts of local self-government" are offered for consideration in terms of revealing their common and distinctive features. On the basis of the study, we propose our own approach to the definition of the concept of "normative legal acts of local selfgovernment", their classification, as well as the characteristics of the most significant local acts..  

Articolul analizează problemele legate de identificarea naturii și definirea termenului de „actele juridice ale autonomiei locale.“ Noi oferim o varietate de abordări științifice în definiția „actelor juridice ale autonomiei locale“, „reglementări ale administrației publice locale.“ Prin luarea în considerare a conceptelor propuse caracteristice „lege“ și „regulamentele administrației publice locale“, în ceea ce privește caracteristicile lor de detectare generale și caracteristici distinctive.
