In this scientific endeavor is talking about how to approach people in organizations. At the organizational level, people are treated as "labor force", "human resource" or "human capital". In this sense, it was carried out a comparative analysis between the three variables after certain benchmarks. Similarly, are provided a series of factors aimed at people in organizations. They refer to: attitudes, individual differences, professional behavior and perception about people. It is also shown how complex human approach within the organization, taking into consideration the impact of the above factors which will determine the outcome of its professional activity, in particular, and organizational performance in general. |
