The essential attitude in coaching is to create a winning mentality and develop the ability to learn from all life experiences so that we become more powerful, balanced, stronger. Is there an employee in the company who does not need a high level of knowledge, performance and motivation? ... Certainly, in order to feel the right person in the right place, everyone needs all of these things and coaching is the key a productive harmony, personal goals and company performance! The aim of the paper is to follow the complexity of organizational coaching with an implementation perspective for the transformational team and individual development of human resources of the organization. In order to achieve the purpose of the paper, analysis, visualization method and deduction were used as research methods. |
