| Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyses the indicators related to disability ground found out as result of sociological research conducted by the author in 2017 year. The analysis of statistical data about persons with disabilities comparatively with general population was carried out; five types of disability have been established as result of quantitative research conducted on a sample of 1.108 persons with disabilities at nationwide and validated through qualitative research. The socio-demographic profile of the persons with disabilities emphases the valued roles and capacities of most discriminated part of the population and give the recommendations to the authorities and civil society to threat persons with disabilities with dignity and equity. The author highlighted the opportunities of using the socio-demographic profile of the persons with disabilities in policy pa-per development related to labor market and workforce |
