| Rezumat | ||||||
The aim is to identify the role and scope of the educational policy promoted by the state, analyzing the effects and results of this policy. The state education policy pursued since the independence and up until now has proven to be inefficient. Despite the number of projects, strategies, concepts, plans and programs that were implemented, it did not redress the quality of education, neither there is a network of „healthy” educational institutions. Moreover, the number is constantly decreasing, and the existing institutions are facing a significant number of issues. The same is true for teachers, whose number is constantly decreasing in spite of the various promoted projects. |
