Rezumat

The article presents the results of the comparative research of the quality indicators of the worm compost obtained by using various types of nutritive substrates having at base partially fermented animal manure, in various combinations (full and 50%+50%). In the last decades, the problem of environmental protection has an important role to play in the sustainable development of agriculture. The technology of bioconversion of organic waste by worm-cultivation is a perspective method that can be practiced in all types of households (public, peasant and private) for the sustainable development of agriculture. As a result of the carried out researches it was found that the value of the quality indicators of the worm compost obtained from the whole nutritive substrates (of sheep, horses, pigs, rabbits) and combined (cattle+sheep, cattle+horses, cattle+pigs and cattle+rabbits) in equal proportion (50%+50%) have diminished compared to indicators of the worm compost obtained from the bovine substrate as follows: active acidity - 1.99%-11.38%; total nitrogen - 2.00%-50.00%; potassium - 1.52%-5.26%; phosphorus - 8.85%-119.64%; calcium - 12.12%-54.17%; magnesium - 18.18%-71.05%.Therefore, the value of the quality indicators of the worm compost obtained from the bovine nutrient substrate exceeds that of the worm compost obtained from different types of nutritive substrates composed of various combinations.
