В статье исследуется проблема рассмотрения на научной основе саморегуляции как составляющей части правового регулирования через призму понимания процесса естественного создания права как структурного компонента правотворческого процесса. Акцентируется внимание автора на том, что с учетом динамики общественных ситуаций, сознания и поведения людей должны применяться различные способы регулирования общественных отношений. Кроме того, аргументируется тезис о том, что в спектре норм правовых актов неизбежно будет увеличиваться удельный вес норм саморегуляции и одновременно расширяться поле саморегулирования, а данный процесс должен рассматриваться научным юридическим сообществом как демократизация права, а не его несостоятельность.

The article examines the problem of considering on a scientific basis self-regulation as a component of legal regulation through the prism of understanding the process of natural creation of law as a structural component of the law-making process. The author's attention is focused on the fact that, taking into account the dynamics of social situations, people's consciousness and behavior, various ways of regulating social relations should be applied. In addition, the thesis is argued that in the spectrum of norms of legal acts the proportion of self-regulation norms will inevitably increase and at the same time the field of self-regulation will expand, and this process should be considered by the scientific legal community as the democratization of law, and not its failure.

Articolul analizează problema considerația pe o bază științifică de auto-reglementare, ca parte componentă a reglementării legale în lumina înțelegere a procesului de creare a unei legi naturale ca o componentă structurală a procesului legislativ. Atenția autorului se concentrează asupra faptului că, ținând cont de dinamica situațiilor sociale, conștiința și comportamentul oamenilor, ar trebui să se aplice diferite modalități de reglementare a relațiilor sociale. În plus, teza susține că în spectrul de standarde și acte juridice va crește în mod inevitabil ponderea standardelor de auto-reglementare și, în același timp, pentru a extinde domeniul de auto-reglementare, iar procesul ar trebui să fie luate în considerare danyj comunitatea juridică științifică ca democratizarea legii, mai degrabă decât nepotrivirea ei.
