În cadrul oricărei activităţi sociale, sunt posibile încălcări și abuzuri prin unele acțiuni ilegale. Nu face excepţie în acest sens nici autoritatea vamală și nici persoanele ce activează în cadrul serviciului vamal. Prin unele acţiuni ilegale ale angajaților vamali, se pot leza drepturi ale persoanelor fizice sau juridice. Astfel, cercetarea de față relatează aspectele formei de contestare a acțiunilor ilegale ale angajaților vamali în raport cu persoanele fizice sau juridice. Cercetarea dată, scoate în evidență modalitatea de apărare a drepturilor legale a persoanelor fizice sau juridice lezate prin unele acțiuni ilegale ale angajaților vamali și prezintă modalitatea de contestare a acestor acțiuni ilegale. În prezentul studiu a fost identificată calea administrativă și judiciară a modalității de contestare a acțiunilor ilegale ale angajaților vamali.

In any social activity, violations and abuses are possible through some illegal actions. No exceptions shall be made to this effect neither the customs authority, nor the persons operating within the Customs services. Through some illegal actions of customs employees, the rights of natural or legal persons may be injure. Thus, the present research relates the aspects of the form of contesting the illegal actions of customs employees in relation with natural or legal persons. The research given, highlights the way of defending the legal rights of natural or legal persons harmed by some of the illegal actions of the customs employees and shows how to challenge these illegal acts. In this study, the administrative and judicial route of the method of contesting the illegal actions of customs employees was identified.
