У статті розглядаються особливості виникнення і розвитку регулятивної функції права в соціалістичному типі права. Проводиться аналіз різних наукових підходів та думок вчених із даної проблематики. Розкриваються форми взаємодії та співвідношення регулятивної функції соціалістичного права та регулятивної функції соціалістичної держави. Обґрунтовується теза про те, що регулятивна функція права відігравала основну роль у визначенні змісту соціалістичного права та здійсненні влади в державі

The article deals with the peculiarities of the emergence and development of the regulatory function of law in the socialist type of law. An analysis of various scientific approaches and opinions of scientists on the given problem is carried out. The forms of interaction and the correlation of the regulatory function of socialist law and the regulatory function of a socialist state are revealed. The thesis is based on the fact that the regulatory function of law played a major role in defining the content of socialist law and the exercise of power in the state.
