Розглянуто соціально-типові риси особи митника-корупціонера, які впливають на характер і спрямованість мотивації злочинної поведінки. Встановлено, що переважна більшість злочинців-корупціонерів (понад 80%) належить до особового складу митних інспекторів, орієнтованих на одержання неправомірної вигоди шляхом приховування митного шахрайства та незначних порушень митних правил з боку осіб, які переміщують товари через митний кордон України. Водночас начальники митних постів і керівники структурних підрозділів регіональних митниць беруть участь в корупційних схемах, пов’язаних із незаконним ввезенням великих партій товару, контрабанди зброї і наркотичних засобів, контрафактної продукції, а також підакцизних товарів.

The social-typical features of a customs officer-corruptor who are influencing the character and direction of motivation of criminal behavior are considered. It was established that the overwhelming majority of corruption offenders (more than 80%) belong to the personnel of customs inspectors, who are aimed at obtaining illegal benefits by concealing customs fraud and minor violations of customs rules by persons moving goods across the customs border of Ukraine.
