The highest parameters of animal husbandry development in the Republic of Moldova were achieved per 1989-1990. Now the efficiency of animals and total volume of milk and beef
production is many times lower in comparison with 1990. For therestoration of this branchit is offered to develop and implement a special program of animal breeding. The standard project of a milk production farm for medium and small enterprises of the private sector is developed.
