Rezumat

The researches have been performed using classical macro-preparations vessels, under the control of a binocular magnifier. At a macro-microscopic level, vessels preparations have been done after coloring total preparations by the reagent Shiff. The histological preparations occurring from soft fabrics of fingers of large horned livestock were painted by hematoxilin-eosin. We established that a blood channel of soft fabrics of fingers, under the influence of pathological processes occurring in this area looses the muscular tone and arises on the sharp walls of a vessel. Their histological structure also varies from the architectonic arteries of various caliber. The in fringement of arterial blood integrity conducts a channel to an aggravation of lameness, a decrease or to efficiency of animals full loss. During the treatment of septic affections of acropodial region at large horned livestock, the vascular factor will be also taken into consideration, rendering its appropriate protection.
