Various types of explants, used as biological material for initiation, and the composition of growth media were tested. Effective results were obtained by using media with leaf explants. This experiment was performed in 3 repetitions, using 10 blackberry taxa (Loch Ness, Arapaho, Triple Crown, Polar, Thornfree, Thornless Evergreen, Balck Satin, Chester, Reuben, Smoothstem). The main medium, in which pieces of leaf blade were placed, was Murashige and Skoog (MS) (1962) modified, with 5 g/l agar, 25 g/l sugar, pH 6.0, supplemented with growth regulators. The media were supplemented with different concentrations of auxins and cytokinins in different correlations and proportions: 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP), kinetine (KIN), Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) |
