This article presents the results of the research on the successive cutting treatment applied in the totally derived stands from “Codrii” Reserve, which comprises several steps: the preparatory cutting, the seed cutting, the cutting to provide the necessary amount of light to seedlings and the final cutting. The time when each stage is implemented depends on the stocking of the stand and the available amount of light, which influences the growth and development of seedlings |
