I am the adept of a flexible, active and creative education, in which the “formal” goes hands by hands with “non-formal”, in which the interdependence of educational forms is a condition of quality. In the below article is proposed a new direction of the instructive-educative process, in which the accent is put on the power of learning by experience, promotion of extracurricular and non-formal activities, including volunteering actions, with the purpose of formation and development of modern and democratic personalities.  In the last years, on European scale education for a democratic citizenship is considered as a priority of educational reforms, being viewed as a tool of social cohesion, based on the rights and responsibilities of citizens, but also from the perspective that it represents a major dimension of educational politics in all the European countries.  As such, the purpose of this article is to realize the instructive-educative process in Republic of Moldova, by means of concrete and complex actions, experiences, good practices that cultivate a set of common values, such as: diversity, pluralism, human rights, social justice, welfare, solidarity.
