Rezumat

Our proposal revolves around the notion of 'popularization', which, we must say, has several meanings, all of which retain the idea of a difficulty, an obstacle using different means. Those that interest us are discursive. The process of “understanding” or explaining a complex notion is a common pedagogical and didactic process. By associating the term 'popularization' with 'didactics' we argue that didactic discourse aims at transmitting the knowledge of one person – the teacher, to others – his or her learners, with emphasis on communication and understanding. We will try to develop and demonstrate that the popularizing practices chosen by the teacher on his or her blog emphasize mediation and not media, a term often used to characterize the digital. The use of digital and out class requires teachers to diversify the strategies used to attract and capture their audience but also an availability to spend their free time creating activities to complement those of class.  Choosing a corpus of French foreign language blogs from different countries, we propose to analyze some of the publications from their archives and to identify the strategies chosen by the teachers to transmit certain information. The didactic discourse practiced within the framework of the teaching of the FLE has particularities which result from the position of the one who holds it, the professor, and from the context in which it evolves. In our case, this context is no longer a class, but a blog, which is not created to entertain, but for the transmission of knowledge in a certain environment, other than that of the normal class.
