Эволюция лучевых и эндоскопических методов исследования желудочно-кишечного тракта в Республике Молдова в 2001-2010 гг В работе проанализирована эволюция лучевых и эндоскопических методов исследования органов желудочно-кишечного тракта в публичных лечебно-профилактических учреждениях Министерства Здравоохранения Республики Молдова в 2001-2010 гг. Отдельное место в исследовании занимает иерархизация радиационных и нерадиационных методов исследования. Использование эхографического и эндоскопического методов исследования привело к снижению коллективной дозы радиации населения. Увеличение основных показателей деятельности служб лучевой и эндоскопической диагностики в исследовании желудочно-кишечного тракта произошло за счет роста обращаемости в лечебные учреждения и частичной необоснованности их назначения.
