it were analyzed the testing results of motor skills of freestyle wrestlers in the annual dynamics, being prepared in the circuit training (experimental group) and traditional (control group). It was established the veridical improvement of the wrestlers general and special physical training indices in the experimental group, which cannot be attested to the individuals in the second group. These results confirm the effectiveness of circuit training in multilateral physical training of freestyle wrestlers at the initial stage of sports training |
