Rezumat

În lucrare se propune un sistem de control inteligent pentru dirijarea cu schimbul de energie în cadrul sistemul automat de sudare cu arc electric, ce permite reducerea consumului de energie electrică în procesul de sudare fie prin arc electric sau hibrid (laser-arc fără scânteie) şi conduce la sporirea semnificativă a productivităţii şi calităţii lucrărilor de sudare.  

This paper proposes an intelligent control system for energy exchange automated arc welding, which can reduce energy consumption in the process of arc and hybrid laser-arc welding of metals sparkless and significantly improve the performance and quality of welding works.  

В работе предлагается интеллектуальная система контроля и управления энергообменом для автоматизированной системы электродуговой сварки, которая позволяет снизить энергопотребление в процессе дуговой и гибридной лазерно-дуговой безискровой сварки металлов и существенно повысить производительность и качество производства сварочных работ.
