The professionalism of civil servants contributes to the achievement of the institutional goals and inspires trust for citizens in the public authorities. The continuous professional development of the civil servant is a right, but also an obligation. When the training needs are numerous and various and the financial resources are limited, the most efficient solution for a well-trained civil servants body consists in prioritizing and determining the training directions at a national level. |
