Organizational culture includes both the spiritual and material aspect of organizational life. It represents a system of symbols, rituals, values and norms of behavior accepted by staff members who have the same opinion about what the organization represents, acknowledges the role of it, what position it occupy towards other institutions, which are commitments to customers, quality standards in production, etc. |
