Modification of Atraumatic Restorative Treatment for Increasing Treatment Efficiency of Caries in Children A disorder that lately has been frequently revealed in dentistry is tooth caries in the permanent teeth at the prefunctional stage of their eruption. This fact has determined to choose a particular treatment tactics, a staged and rational one, taking into consideration the morphological and structural peculiarities of these teeth. Our research for the first time approaches the carrying out of the staged treatment of caries in the permanent teeth in the prefunctional period of eruption by means of Atraumatic Restorative Treatment. The treatment was associated with the drill technique of the margins undermined by the enamel and use of colagenic hydroxylapatite. There have been carried out morphological researches on hard dental tissues which have determined the hyperfunction of the odontoblast layer.

Изменение Атравматичной Ресторативной Терапии с целью улучшения эффективности лечения кариеса у детей В последнее время всё чаще встречается зубной кариес в постоянных зубах в префункциональном периоде их прорезывания. Данный аргумент ставит перед необходимостью искать более рациональную, этапизированную тактику лечения с учётом морфологических особенностей и строения данных зубов. Проведённые исследования впервые выявили этапизированное лечение кариеса в постоянных зубах в префункциональном периоде прорезывания при помощи Атравматичной Ресторативной Терапии, ассоциированной с препарированием нависающих краёв эмали и использованием коллаген гидроксиапатита. Были проведены морфологические исследования зубных тканей, которые выявили гиперфункцию одонтобластов.
