The communication serves to feelings of mutual interest, personal characteristics, opinions and desires of the partner. In this respect we can talk about the assertiveness which is characterized by the self-respect and respect for others, the ability to self-regulation of the own behavior, the most constructive way of the interpersonal interaction. The assertive communication as the best option for the communication of the teacher with the students and colleagues lead to the formation of an independent and responsible person, capable to solve problems successfully. The forming of the assertive communication competence is the important feature of social competence obtaining the own components. |
