Studies have established that rethinking general education training programs is motivated by various internal and external educational and teaching factors. Among the most significant time factors of change continues as a principle of the contemporary world, claiming imperative a new educational concept, we profile the orientation of civilization to European community access more clearly the contemporary society to their own national values and those of the entire world. From this perspective, we notice more obvious tendency towards update and innovation system of teacher training in terms of motivation for learning throughout life documented in European practices, there is a poignancy update practices training, taking into account both the scientific and methodological requirements and social life rhythm teacher, much faster and more problematic than during highly developed period of technology development that requires institutional reform, new procedures, new contexts and supports diverse learning. We must recognize, referring to investments in human capital development, that a special role they would be given to the teachers professional skills and their development, which currently are not sufficiently connected to changes in the educational system. However, reducing the relevance of professional skills of teachers adversely affects the quality of education and does not contribute to building a society and an economy based on knowledge. |
