The content of this article discusses how the official Moldovan dialogue on migration evolved. The two forms of the Moldovan dialogue identified: from one side the dialogue with international bodies that creates legal instruments and from the other side, the dialogue with diaspora, which has an advisory and information character, explain the importance of a comprehensive approach towards the migration in Moldova. We believe, that the active involvement of the state institutions in solving the migrants ‘problems, in supporting them and in trying to identify new mechanisms for migrants’´ return, can trigger the appearance of a new social class. |
