The article examines the relationship between changes in the social structure in the context of economic globalization and trends in the development of political processes in Moldova. The author shows how the deformation of social structure lead to the political marginalization of working masses. As a result the processes of the democratic reform leads to the establishment of a “strippeddown” model of democracy in the Republic of Moldova. |
