In the Republic of Moldova and in Ukraine there is a similar situation in determining the place and role of the middle class in society. In both states this layer of society is represented in small numbers, blurred in its identification and has little effect on the processes of building a consolidated democracy and the formation of civil The task of the ruling elites of the Republic of Moldova. This is convincingly demonstrated by statistical data. The task of the ruling elites of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine is to develop programs to create a middle class and actively work on the implementation of these programs. |
