Based on statistical data from the National Centre for Health Management was analyzed infant mortality in the Republic of Moldova for the period 2000-2013 gg. The study was conducted in accordance with the classification of diseases and place of registration of death. The analyzed research of the infant mortality in the Republic of Moldova was based on the statistical data from the National Centre of the Health Management for the period 2000-2013 ages. It was found that during the reporting period the I place of the infant mortality is related to the class „Some of the problems associated with the perinatal period” (from 6,3‰ to 3,7‰). At the II place there are diseases „Congenital malformations and chromosomal aberrations” (from 4,6‰ to 2,6‰). The III place is occupied by „Respiratory Diseases” (from 3,6‰ to 0,9‰). IV, V and VI of the seats are distributed between „Traumatic injuries and poisoning” (from 1,6‰ to 0,6‰), „Infectious diseases” (from 1,0‰ to 0,2‰) and „Diseases of the nervous system” (from 0,3‰ to 0,1‰). The share of „Other causes” associated with infant mortality falls from 1,1‰ to 0,3‰. In accordance with the findings we can state the fact that the infant mortality rate in the Republic of Moldova has a clear downward trend.. |
