The results of analysis of the operating mode of the power system of the Republic Moldova for some scenarios of accomplishment of interconnection with power system of Romania: cvazisincron scenario using machine angle adjustment phase shifting at the transformer stations Vulcaneshti, Baltsi and Central State district Station (CERSM), to the accomplishment of station Back-to-Back Vulcaneshti in different variants of simultaneous operation with CERSM with/without 330 kV OHL Vulcaneshti-Chisinau, in the case of delivery interruption of energy supply from CERSM via 400 kV line Have been analyzed in the article. It was realized that adjusting the active power through interconnection Baltsi-Suceava or Vulcaneshti-Isaccea leads to the change of the regime in both internal networks and the Ukrainian power system. BtB installing 330 kV OHL leads to the loading of OHL Vulcăneşti-Chisinau (400 kV Balti -Suceava is excluded from the calculation) to 571 MW by changing the value and direction of power flux in 330 kV OHL from Chisinau to CERSM, decreasing the power flow entering in the north of the country (OHL 330 kV CHP Dnestrovsk - Baltsi) and 330 kV OHL (Kotovsk-CERSM). Occur major changes of active power flux from buses CERSM to Ukraine in comparison with the regime before including the scheme of BTB Vulcaneshti and 330 kV OHL Vulcaneshti-Cishinau in the calculation. The change of the running direction and values of power fluxes through the networks of unified power system has as a consequence the increase by 171 MW (from 2961 MW to 3132 MW in) active power losses in this system in comparison with the base regime. It is underlined the fact that the accomplishment of asynchronous interconnection with Romania has regional impact by modifying power fluxes both in the electricity system of Moldova and Ukraine, Romania and operating mode of CERSM. |
