A mode to analyze an operating efficiency of combined heat and power unit based on technical and economic indices of operation at varying thermal load at different times of the year have been treated in the paper. A comparison of the efficiency of CHPs is based on three indicators of operation per quarter, taking into account the rates of delivery of electricity, heat and for acquisition of natural gas: adding the value of the transformation of fuel in energy, a specific cost of own consumption per unit of power generating, dioxide emissions per unit of generation. It was established that the Source 2 (CHP-1) of the heat supply system of Chisinau at the tariffs in force has the economic efficiency level of conversion of fuel higher in comparison with Source 1 (CHP-2) for the range of generation capacity of thermal energy between 0-200 MW. At the regulated rates of energy delivery for CEP-2, the top value of the thermal load efficiency of CHP-1, for what the efficiency of CHP-1 exceeds the economic efficiency for fuel transformation by the CHP-2 is reduced to 90-100 MW. The increase of management level of TERMOELECTRICA SA Chisinau considering the rational use of the generation sources allows to reduce the fuel costs approx.by 80 million MDL per year. |
