Rezumat

The new bacterial preparation “Rizosideps”, created on the basis of strain Pseudomonas aureofaciens CNMN PsB-03, revealed a high efficiency during tests in northern and central areas of Moldova (Soldanesti, Anenii Noi) on soybean plants Aura and Zenit. “Rizosideps” provided an increaseof a crop by240-340kgper hectare(16-18%) in comparison withcontrolplants whichwere notprocessed by the preparation. The preparation “Rizosideps” influenced all the elements of soybean efficiency: increased number of pods by 31 %, their weight by 20 %, and average weight of beans from one plant by 19 %. The weight of 1000seeds (beans) authenticallygrew by7%incomparison withthe control, and was equaledby 176, 7 g. Thequalityof a bean crop of Zenit was higher usingthe “Rizosideps” preparation:the contents of proteinachieved36,2%(increase in17%tothecontrol), contents ofoil-17,7%. Besides,the “Rizosideps” preparation increased by 12 % the content of copper trace in soybean leaves.
