During the last decades it was outlined more intense the conclusion that the toxic industrial waste management (TIW) can have under certain conditions and in a certain context, unintended consequences both for the health and safety of staff, and for the safety and health of entire population. Objective of the study to evaluate the management system of toxic waste derived from the industrial activities in RM in order to identify the risks for the public health. Material and methods: retrospective analysis, analytical. The statistical report F-1 ”Formation, usage and neutralization of toxic waste”. Period of monitoring: years 1995, 2000, 2010-2015. Indices of waste management: the volume of waste existing at the beginning and end of year, the dynamic of TIW during the year. Statistics: s-Student. In the Republic of Moldova the normative and legal framework regarding the TIW management is not correspond to the communitarian one, but the root principle of the management system remains the toxicity class. During the period 1995-2015 it was determined the reduction of the companies which generate TIW (p<0,05). |
