This article contains reflections of the authors and also synthesis of classic theories that exhibit a scientific approach of the correlation between politics and mass-media; the impact of politics on press and, vice versa, the role of the press in promotion of ideologies and political options, especially in context of election campaigns. Why the media was dubbed “the forth power” and to what extent it justifies or not this quality – these are the conclusions that can be found in this article. |
