DBV-T (Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial) is the terrestrial digital transmission system specified in the DVB standard and offers the ideal solution for direct transmission of televisions programs to viewers. DVB-T system can be built on the existing distribution structure. It is very important to realize a frequency plan for an optimal coverage in networks like SFN (Single Frequency Network) or MFN (Multi Frequency Network). SFN - Single Frequency Network, an SFN network consists of several transmitters that emit all on the same frequency. The transmitters must transmit the same data bits on the same carrier at the same time, this case requires a precise synchronization. |
