Hepatic hydatidosis in children is characterized by a wide range of clinico-evolving forms of the disease, including advanced forms in all ages, often with asymptomatic evolution. The clinico-morphological peculiarities in hydatid cyst evolution are determined by liver morphofunctional and structural features of growing body and of the parasite activity. The parasite life cycle is reflected by fertilization activity measured in minimum, medium, high and major, which is a key index in determining the vital activity of the larvocyst, disease evolution and liver actual pathological background in the evolution of associated complications. |
