Background: Based on the results of studies it was proved that the intestinal microflora has a direct function and characterizes the state of organism’s health (sanogenic or pathological). The features of intestinal microbiota at young children is to a great extent dependent on various factors such as (environmental, food and microbial). Material and metods: The researches were conducted on animal and young children models (7 - 300 days after birth). The intestinal contents were studied folowing both healthy and model with intestinal disorders. It was determined the number of intestinal microbiota depending on the functional status of the microorganism. There were used classical bacteriological methods and agar nutrient medium, elective for each species of bacteria. Results: There was a direct correlation between the quantitative indicators of intestinal microflora and the health of the digestive tract and the body as a whole for both children and animals. The determination of the number of bacteria of obligative genera (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Bacteroides) can be recommend as a test to establish the state of the organism as a whole. Concluzion: It is shown that sanogene state was characterized by increase in the number of bacteria of obligatve genera (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus Bacteroides), while the pathological state was characterized by the increase of conditional-patogene genera (Escherichia, Enterococcus, Proteus and Clostridium). The most informative was the process of colonization of the digestive tract by intestinal opportunistic microbial representatives (genera Proteus, Clostridium), because in the case of a pathological condition, they could be easily detected, while in sanogene state they were absent. |
