Background: the colonization by microorganisms of the digestive tract in infants occurs depending on the environmental conditions ( mother’s organism and the air in maternity rooms). The results obtained proved that the food factor contributed in reducing the number of opportunistic microorganisms, the increase the number of which is hazardous to the health of infants that is the reducing of their pressing over the development of the macro organisms. Materials and metods: The aim of this work was achieved by determining the number of members of opportunistic microorganisms genus Escherichia and Proteus in the intestinal contents of model animals (guinea pigs), depending on exposure to the three variants of the food factors using classical bacteriological methods. Results: It was found that all three options to use food factors have contributed to reducing the number of opportunistic microorganisms genus Escherichia şi Proteus, that is partial detoxification of animals’ organisms mainly on the basis of quantitative indicators of Proteus, which fell by an average of 53.86%, while in the control group increased by 36.01%. Concluzion: Dietary factors significantly contributed to the diversification of the number of bacteria and reduction of the preasure of opportunistic microorganisms over the process of macroorganism’s development. This conclusion is mainly based on quantitative indicators of Proteus, which fell by an average of 53.86%, while the control group increased by 36.01%. |
