Rezumat

The stability improvement of environment’s dynamic system evolution is described on general case of dynamic systems that depend on parameters. The important property of stable regions separation from the free parameters domain of the dynamic system, accepted for all dynamic systems from the literature without mathematical justification is detailed here calling theoretical results from some branches of mathematics. Some mathematical conditions on separation are identified using the study on matrix components functions that define the linear dynamic system because some properties of such functions can be transmitted to matrix eigenvalues. One case of specified dynamic system is described.
