In the present study, we considered the results of the menstrual disorders treatment of 80 patients, accidentally selected out of a total of 319 patients suffering from viral chronic hepatitis. The selection of the hormonal preparation was made depending on the menstrual disorders, hormonal profile and results of the genitals ultrasonography. The results of the study after 6 months from the beginning of the treatment showed that the selection of the method for correcting menstrual irregularities depends of the degree of the viral hepatitis activity and length of these abnormalities. Duphaston is the selected preparation for correcting the menstrual function at women with the minimum and moderate hepatitis activity degree, favouring the quick recovery of the menstrual cycle in 82.6% of cases. Femoston is recommended for the recovery of serious hormonal dysfunctions, caused by the acute condition of the B or C chronic hepatitis or B D mixed hepatitis, moderate or severe forms. The high efficiency of the Femoston therapy was observed in 67.74% of cases [RI=0,51; IC=0,34±0,098; X2=5,02(p<0,05)]. The clinical researches showed the lack of adverse effects of the Femoston and Duphaston therapies over the metabolism of glucides, lipids and hepatic function, which is important for the long-term administration of preparations on the background of a chronic hepatic disease. |
