Rezumat

To meet the challenge of bringing variety into the Business English Classroom, the paper suggests a totally new modern approach to a foreign language learning and teaching such as Principled Eclecticism. The application of Principled Eclecticism proceeds by first addressing the issue of learners' needs and styles. Once these two basic elements have been evaluated, the teacher can develop a needs analysis which can then be used to develop the course syllabus. Nevertheless there are other teaching methods such as the Communicative Language Teaching which along with the other teaching approaches have been successfully and widely used over the last decades in the English classes in our country.

Cuvinte-cheie
