This article studies the structure of the representative legal relation in terms of legal capacity. The work of scientists-jurists of different periods analyzed and on this basis, the conclusion is made about the structure of relationships between subjects of relations of representation. The features of subjects in internal and external relations of representation, the doctrinal and regulatory approaches with regard to their legal status are considered. Separate attention is paid to the peculiarities of legal capacity depending on the type of representation: contractual, noncontractual etc.

У статті вивчається структура представницького правовідношення з погляду суб’єктного складу. Аналізуються праці вчених-юристів різних періодів і на цій основі робиться висновок про структуру зв’язків між суб’єктами відносин представництва. Розглядаються особливості суб’єктів у внутрішніх та зовнішніх відносинах представництва, доктринальні та нормативні підходи з приводу їхнього правового статусу. Окремо звертається увага на особливості суб’єктного складу залежно від виду представництва: договірне, недоговірне тощо.
