This study aims to provide an analysis of the achievement of equality and migration in the labor market in recent years in Moldova, and to identify factors affecting employment, higher unemployment and determination working population to emigrate abroad. The objective of the study is the analysis of unemployment and inequalities in terms of its effects on employment and reintegration into the labor market in the country, especially vulnerable groups. To establish the theoretical and methodological national statistical data analysis and some general concepts they will operate in this research. Unemployment represents imbalance in the labor market.
