In this article the authors examine the assertion of the rule of law in Moldova in terms of achievements and difficulties faced. It analyzed the concept of rule of law and its features. So is the phenomenon discussed the welfare state. The authors analyze in detail some issues on implementation of the rule of law in Moldova, such as independence of the judiciary and separation of powers. In conclusion the authors remark that the assertion of the rule of law in Moldova is a phenomenon inherent in the European integration of our state. |
