| Rezumat | ||||||
Some methodological considerations regarding the research of middle class in the Republic of Moldova are provided in this article. The author is analyzing the basic concepts and theories of social stratification and identify the main objectives and subjectives parameters ofdetermination of social classes. Based on theoretical analysis of social classes the author concluded that the social classes are the multidimensional phneomena and must be analysed based on multidimensional criteria. The author suggests using the folowing criteria for measuring the midlle class in Moldova: social-occupational position, level of education, level of welfare, as well as the self-determination of respondents |
